There we were in the old Green Cadillac Sedan DeVille.........
She was driving and fast.. I was in the passenger seat...
I said watch out as you spun the car around at the boat ramp... it was slippery........
sure enough backwards we slid into the water that quickly fell deep....
I suggested to you to remain calm simply undo your seat belt and as we sank to the bottom to please
allow the vehicle to fill with water before attempting to open the doors... prior to the opening of the
doors as the sunlight was filtering down through the water our surroundings grew somewhat dimmer.. I said take several deep
breaths and then take and hold one... open the door and swim towards the sun... as I pointed it out to
you.
At that point we opened our doors with lungs full of air and ascended towards the filtered light.
When we surfaced it was a different time all was awash with bright and white and brighter and more clear... we must of traveled back in time............
back at least 30 years maybe 40.. everything was then again..... once more......
We were both young... and old cars were dirt cheap.... and for sale everywhere...
We found one for like 50.00 it was red and we could sleep in it.
Some fellow came buy and handed me some cash... so we could get a start...
Seems we were stupid somehow... anyway..........
