'What do you know of PSYOPS Charlie?'
I have had a few conversations with him throughout the years...he strikes me as above average intelligence. He is a near drowning victim they airlifted him in the  Med Evac. Helicopter up to Jackson Memorial hospital a few years back... guess he might drink a bit to much... but then again I guess that would be according to whom?

He lives out there in that boat alone... its the only one that managed to weather the most recent storm without  loosing it's  anchors footing... of his design at the  ' Art ' of setting the anchors.

I think the marine patrol must delight in focusing in on  Charlie... they seem to constantly be badgering him... Why maybe even     'Harassment'?  Let a Judge decide.

I don't think they have a clue who he is what he has done in the nature of service to his Country..
Frankly I am of the opinion they should be ashamed of themselves....

When he is not around they put citations for this or that upon his boat... improper this improper that...if they put the same energy into a helping hand towards the fellow his little problems may just resolve rather then intensify.........

No, but cowardice would prevail among'st those in official uniform ... or so it would appear... you know slink out there when he is not on his boat....  and place a citation on his floating home...that's easy enough.... then slither off.... to their government paid for stilt homes and supper with their families.

I wonder where they were when he was dropping U.S. Propaganda  pamphlets and counterfeit money... over shit hole Asian Nations We Americans were at 'WAR' With?.... Perhaps or likely  rolling over on their backs in their bassinets, staring at the ceiling  waiting for their shitty diapers to be changed?
